Guest suite in New Orleans

Relax in ease and comfort in this charming suite. Guests max of 4, may stay in a 2 bedroom suite with comfortable Queen size beds. The sitting area is a cozy. There's a shared bathroom with his & hers sinks and a separate shower/tub. TV in all rooms, coffee station, microwave & sm fridge available. Guests feel free to relax on the porch surrounded by a vibrant garden. Uptown Enchantment offers guests a relaxing space that may take them back in time to old world charm and southern hospitality. The space The Suite space has 12 ft ceilings & floor to almost ceiling windows. there's also ceiling fans in both bedrooms & old non-working fireplaces that lend it's self to that old world feel. Several family antiques. You're near many shops, coffee shops & grocery stores. Guest access Guests have access to the front Suite part of the house, which includes a sitting room, a small fridge, small microwave & coffee sation. Followed by that is the first bedroom, then a joint bathroom with double sinks, separate Shower/Tub/Toilet, and lastly, a second bedroom like an "L" shape configured space. I close off the pocket doors that separate the back living space that I occupy for your privacy. All access for guests in & out is through the front door that has a digital access lock code. There's use of the front porch with 4 rocking chairs, which guests will enjoy as they sip their morning coffee or have a beverage later in the day watching the world pass by. The owner occupies the back part of the house. Because of the design of the house, the temperature controls are not in the direct space. Happy to accommodate. During your stay I am happy to assist when I am home. Other things to note The design of the house doesn't lend itself to kitchen or laundry accessibility, but there are laundry facilities a short drive away. There's a small fridge, microwave & coffee pot available. Street parking is easiest for access to the front door if you have a car and additional street parking on the side of the house. I do have cameras located outside only for your safety and mine. I will always respect your privacy and want anyone to know this in advance. The neighborhood is a safe one, but I want you to feel secure staying. There's a grammar school across the street that is currently open. There is street parking that may be effected during school hours M-F when school is in session.
