We are just a 1 minute stroll to the beach and a 15 minute walk to MacMillan Pier. Exit through the back via a charming path to Commercial St. The second floor deck is private and all yours, while the larger deck is a common area with tables that you are welcome to use as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and cocktail making supplies. It has a full set of dishes and flatware as well a a complete set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Bathroom is equipped with a modern bidet toilet seat. There is an in-wall air conditioning unit which cools both floors. The condo is set up with wifi. Parking Notes: Home has on-site parking on first-come, first served basis (7 spaces for 10 units), in addition to free on-street public parking on Bradford St. and Commercial St. Transit: Cape Cod Transit Authority provides bus service throughout the cape, as well as a seasonal shuttle that will take you to all the major points within Provincetown and Truro.
