The space The Royal Sea Cliff spacious two-bedroom suite comfortably sleeps six people in approximately 1,087 square feet. Suite features one king bed in master bedroom, one queen bed in guest room and a sleeper sofa in living area. You’ll appreciate the privacy of separate bedrooms with cable TV’s, the economy of a fully equipped private kitchen, and convenience of a washer dryer in each suite. So stretch out and breathe in the ocean air from your private lanai. Guest access Depending on your mood, you can sit by the ocean on the pool decks (rocky coastline), swim in either of the two pools or just soak in the hot tub. Even a little barbecue facility gives you your ocean view. Grab your tennis racket and you’ll find a court steps away. If you’ve arranged a rental car for your convenience, free on site parking is available. Other things to note Please note that most likely you will receive a garden view not an ocean view from your suite although there are beautiful ocean views all around the property including from the pool area. A car is recommended to get around the island. There is a local shuttle bus that will take you into downtown Kona for $2 per person if you choose not to have a car, as well as local taxi service, Uber & Lyft available. There is a local tax of $15.84 per night payable to the resort upon arrival
