Two blocks away from the rear entrance of the historic Forest Park where you can spend your day in the many trails. Right off the highway for quick access to many of our local attractions such as Six Flags, Basketball Hall of Fame, MGM Casino, Springfield Museums, The Big E among others. The space (All photos will be updated soon as we're working on the latest touches) Second floor massive room with private in-room bathroom which was completely remodeled in 2022. Sleep comfortably in a King size bed with memory foam mattress. 4K tv with streaming apps already installed and logged in such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, HBO max, Amazon Video among others. No regular cable offered. Very fast internet connection. Experienced host with over 1000 hosted reservations. We will start taking reservations on 1/10/23 Guest access The kitchen is shared by all. Please clean after yourself and throw away unused items stored in the fridge prior to check out. The floor mattress will be provided only if you are bringing a third guest. The way the laundry works is as follows: Place all of your laundry in a laundry bag with your soap and softener (liquid) Let me know whe it's ready for pick up. The cleaning lady will take care of it for you and return it within 24 hrs. Price: $10 per load. During your stay Please communicate with me via the Airbnb app. Only call my cellphone in case of an emergency Other things to note The driveway is first come first serve. Please park to the left or right of the driveway to make room for two vehicles. If driveway is occupied, there is plenty of space on the street.
