Right on a beautiful white sandy beach that is great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing & kayaking! Sea turtles & tropical fish are right out front! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer & your private lanai looking out at this spectacular beach & amazing ocean views! Incredible sunrises too! Pool, gym & BBQ area, WIFI, cable & onsite FREE parking spot! VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! **** This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! ***The pool has limited hours or may be closed right now, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. There a King size bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room for one person comfortably and can provide an air mattress for a 4th person if needed. This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo & for the price it's a real value! Hauula is on the Windward side of Oahu away from all the crowds of town yet close to lots of amazing things to do! Up the road is Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch, North Shore beaches & big wave surfing! The ocean out front is usually calm and a great place to swim! Free parking at the building and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds! My self or onsite contact is always available for you! Grocery stores, & little restaurants 5 mins North or larger town of Kaneohe 30 mins South. “Times Supermarket” in Temple Valley is the last Grocery store before you get here from the airport. More reasonably priced and less crowded than Safeway in Kaneohe. Foodland is about 10 minutes North and has the best selection near us, but it’s closed on Sundays. Closest to us is Tamura’s Grocery, 6 minutes North, and Longs, right near it, has a good dry foods/drinks selection. Bus stop right out at the road but a car is highly recommended! Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :) Additional amenities: *Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy * Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach * A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean. *Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs. * 24/7 Building security A few things to bear in mind: * The building HOA does not allow pets except service animals, sorry! *There is no smoking inside the unit or anywhere inside the condo building but there are smoking sections on the property ** Maximum Occupancy: 4 People including adults and children * Check in is at 4PM, Check out is at 10AM
