Guest access The building has keyless lock access. All information regarding access will be provided to you prior to check-in. Other things to note This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available to assist you for any in-stay concerns. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email and phone. There are several units of the same layout with slight differences in decor between each one. But the amenities, bed set up and sizes are the same. Please Note: You are booking a private room in a shared apartment. - Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. A signed - Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Official ID might be requested during check-in or the stay. Depending on the booking platform, a refundable security deposit might be required. - We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on. - Clean as you go and observe cleanliness at all times. - Clean up after yourself when using the kitchen or bathroom, including doing the dishes or running the dishwasher. - Place used bath towels and sheets on the closet floor and dispose of takeaway food containers properly (trash or recycling). - Avoid moving furniture, and keep common areas tidy and organized. - Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Avoid loud phone calls, media streaming, or conversations in hallways or communal areas. Do not scrape chairs on the floor or slam doors. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the property. Drug use and illegal activities are also not allowed. Violations incur a $300 fine. - Ensure main doors and windows are securely closed at all times and when leaving the property. - Do not leave personal or valuable items in common areas. Lost or stolen items are the guest's responsibility. - Outdoor security cameras are in use for safety and security. - Respect all guests and staff. Abusive behavior, racism, violence, homophobia, or sexism is not tolerated. - Common area rules and hours must be respected. - Guests are responsible for damages to property or extra cleaning costs caused during their stay. This includes linens, furniture, kitchen appliances, and other items. Damage will be subject to a $200 security deposit charge or more, depending on the severity. - Violations of house rules may result in a $250 fine per incident or cancellation of the reservation without refund. - Always report hazards to the landlord/host, including broken furniture and accidents. - Pets are not allowed. - The room and common areas are cleaned prior to your arrival.
