Ocean Front B&B - Sandune Room Garden View No Deck

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind B&B! The Sandune Room with an ensuite bath features a garden view and partial ocean view. The room does not have a deck but guests have access to the main deck on the first floor with sweeping ocean views and seating with tables setup so you can enjoy breakfast outside or just hang out with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The room has a mini fridge, window AC unit and a full breakfast is included with your stay. The space The B&B is situated on a cliff overlooking Cape Cod Bay with expansive ocean and beach views. The Sandcastle, Sandbar and Sandune rooms are on the second floor. The Sandtower room is on the third floor. Guest access Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas are provided for our guests. The semi-private beach does have steep stairs from the cliff to the beach. Other things to note The Sandune Room has a partial view of the ocean from a window and does not have a deck but, guests have access to the main deck on the first floor. The Sandbar Room which is on the second floor has a private bathroom which is in the hallway and not used by any other guests. All the other Rooms have bathrooms in the room.
