Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, cleaning products - oil, salt & pepper - automatic drip coffee maker - washer/dryer - off-street/garage parking for up three cars - gas propane grill - outside shower SUPPLIES NOT PROVIDED Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee ( some guests may leave unused supplies behind as a courtesy) ** BED LINENS, BATH and BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms each with 2 single beds. ENTERTAINMENT There is a television in the living room with cable television. There is an additional tv in one of the bedrooms. High speed Internet. BEACH There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides does NOT provide beach tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. COMMUNICATION Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Including but not limited to, NO loud music, parties or generally disturbing behavior. **Quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this home.** ** TRASH ** if you fail to take the trash to the curb on the designated day there will be a $100 pick up charge **NO SMOKING ** ** All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/caregivers permitted) ****This property has a 7 NIGHT minimum Saturday to Saturday **Please no EV or golf cart charging on the property**
