Our private guest studio is attached to our house by a screened breezeway with a private entrance. The studio is right off Route 6A and a little less than a mile to the boardwalk at Town Neck Beach and shopping/restaurants. You'll have access to a grill and covered picnic area in the yard. The studio has a shower bathroom, AC, Wifi, Cable TV, and full kitchenette.
