Spacious private BR with king bed in Cummington

Please read the whole description! Our home is old and not a good candidate for people with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep! Quiet, sunny room in our 1770 Colonial home in the Berkshires. We now have AC for your room! You are the only one on the 2nd floor with private bath. We have one cat who goes in and out. We’re also listed with this room plus the adjacent room with a queen if you’re a party of 3 or 4! The space Large, sunny bedroom with direct access to bathroom on the second floor. There is also a small loft connected to the bedroom with a door that closes and the loft overlooks our living room and kitchen. Guest access Bedroom and bathroom During your stay We live here, our room and bathroom are on the first floor. You have the entire 2nd floor to yourself. As we live here and both have jobs, we have a strict check in time between 4 & 8pm. Other things to note Russ loves cars so the yard is somewhat of a classic car emporium! He has several project cars on site and will gladly tell you all about them!
