We put in new LVP flooring in the dining room and kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. Two of the queen mattresses are new memory foam with excellent reviews for your comfort. We added usb outlets in most rooms for convenience. The master upstairs has a queen bed with individual lights with switches on either side of the bed with double usb outlets as well. You’ll find plenty of space to get ready including a make up mirror on the desk/vanity. The smaller bedroom upstairs has a regular (very comfortable) queen bed and sleeps 2. The main level bedroom has a queen bed and large closet for storage. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the living room, the large smart tv allows for streaming of your favorite apps. Bring your passwords so you can log into your own accounts. If there are specific apps you would like downloaded please let us know in advance. You’ll find a variety of games in the living room as well. The dining table has 4 chairs and a bench that can be pulled over for extra seating. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space to cook in. We have plenty of dishes, cooking dishes, serving bowls and even a crockpot. This is an old house with quirks but it’s very welcoming and a great place to relax. Out back you’ll find a picnic table and a fire pit along with a nice Weber gas grill. We have a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and a carbon monoxide detector in the living room for your safety. Guest access You will have the entire house except for the unfinished basement. The front door has a keypad for ease of entry and the code is always the last 4 digits of the phone number in your reservation (could be different than your actual cell phone). Instructions will be included with check-in information. Other things to note LeClaire has some wonderful restaurants, a brewery, a distillery and two wineries along with a bunch of fabulous shops. You'll want to check out the Buffalo Bill Museum for a bit of history as this is the birthplace of Buffalo Bill Cody. LeClaire is a river town so you will most definitely hear the train traffic regardless of what part of town you’re in. There is always so much going on in LeClaire.
