Live like a local in HNL, HI - Pat’s at Punalu’u

New 18,000 BTU Window AC is now in the living room! Aloha 🏝 Welcome to my recently refreshed (new walk in shower and new tile floors) one bedroom condo located on the beautiful beach in Punaluu (Hauula, Hawaii). There is a lanai with a partial ocean view where you can have a meal or cocktail and relax The kitchen is open concept with a nice counter area for meals & is convenient/comfortable for working from a distance. There is some ocean equipment available to use (boogie boards, fins, etc). The space *Disclosure: The building is still doing concrete repairs on the outside of the building in different sections so the hallways and elevator areas sometimes get dusty with debris. The exterior concrete repair work is almost done and the entire exterior of the building will be getting painted in 2026. They are currently working on the underground plumbing and have passed the stack of the condo (05). They are working half way across the row of the bottom condos in the building stacks (I think they’ll be finished by middle of February 2026). Random construction noise and possibly vibrations could occur from time to time. They work M-F 8AM-5PM except on holidays. There may be occasional loud work noise from 9AM-4:30PM Closing the door does help. If you are on the beach, or on the road sightseeing you won’t be affected much but I wanted to warn anyone that has any sensitivity to noise 🌺 Located midway between Honolulu and the Northern Shores of Oahu, this prime location allows you a taste of Hawaiian country living with easy access to city life. Imagine yourself WORKING from a distance while LIVING in Hawaii ❤️ There are several comfortable spots in the condo to work from.... you could have your Zoom meeting from the lanai/balcony, and type up your report while sitting at the kitchen counter or from the comfortable Lazy Boy couch. If two of you are on a zoom call one can retreat to the bedroom 👍 The WiFi is fast so no worries about glitching during your zoom calls or trainings from a distance. The condo is Living area (sf): 524 Lanai area (sf): 78 The condo has 18,000/BTU window AC in the living room and a ceiling fan above the bed in the sleeping alcove to keep you cool when the trade winds are gone. There is a stack washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. This is not a hotel but we provide starter hand/dish/dishwasher/laundry soaps. Please treat the condo well like it was your home ❤️ There is a gated *salt water pool along with two charcoal BBQ stations nearby. The white sandy/crystal clear water beach fronting the complex is awe inspiring. Begin your day at the gym located on the lower floor ocean facing and then take a quick dip before the day begins! The 1 bedroom condo with its full bath, kitchen/dining and lanai area, is perfect for those seeking a quiet haven in a secured and 24/hr monitored area in the country side. Comes with one unassigned stall (marked BHL). This is a rustic quiet building by the seaside that is well maintained by the staff. Guest access The Fitness center is ground level facing ocean. The Gated saltwater pool is facing ocean. The Barbecue area is at the north end of the property. Other things to note The room pricing is inclusive of the Hawaii State General excise tax with the addnl Oahu rail tax (GET 4.5%), the Oahu Transient Accommodation Tax (OTAT 3% for stays of less than 6/mth) and the State Transient Accomodation Tax (TAT 11% for stays of less than 6/mths).
