It comes with one queen bed & one queen sofa bed, balcony with city & pool views, AC, mini-fridge, FREE WiFi & Cable TV. It's perfect for a group up to 4. The space This is a privately owned studio inside the Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites. Therefore, it doesn't offer daily cleaning or any other hotel services. This 6th floor studio comes with one queen size bed & one queen size sofa bed and can provide comfy sleep for up to 4 people. This is a non-smoking unit. The kitchenette includes: - Total area of about 347 sqft. [About 313 sqft (Interior) and 34 sqft (lanai)] - Coffee maker - Hot water kettle - Toaster - Hot plate -Cooking Pot -Cooking Plate - Blender - Wine glasses/opener - Silver ware and dishes. Check Out Cleaning: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. Linens and towels: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. The main bed is equipped with a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and a quilt. While the sofa bed comes with 2 flat sheets and a quilt. Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life. For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful. Valet parking is offered by the building for a separate daily fee, subject to availability. This service is managed directly by the building and is not affiliated with the host. We appreciate your understanding. Other things to note -Tropical Environment & Preventative Maintenance Disclosure- As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment. To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests. *************************** We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises. Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. Please note that water and power interruptions may occasionally occur due to building management's maintenance or operational activities, which are standard in most hospitality businesses. These activities are initiated and controlled solely by the building management and are beyond the host’s scope of responsibility. We strive to communicate any announcements promptly; however, such occurrences are not reflective of the host's service or property upkeep. Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding these occasional disturbances. If you experience any significant disruptions during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. Since our units are privately managed through Airbnb, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. However, you may still check with them to see if they have accepted your package as a courtesy. If not, your package may be left at the front door of the unit. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow Airbnb's Strict cancellation policy. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, adjustments to the trip dates cannot be accommodated.
