The space You will be renting a private condo in a beachside building. The “Beachfront on Buffalo” is directly facing the beach and boardwalk with stunning views of the surf. There is a private balcony seating area perfect for people watching and dining. The design of the condo is modern and eclectic. The third level condo includes multiple seating areas with lots of natural light pouring in throughout every space. Master bedroom with a king bed has direct access to a master bath suite. Other things to note Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.
