Ground floor unit, main lanai spills onto green belt. Ekahi's amenities of pools, pickleball, and pavilion are mere steps away. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 HDTVs, & 3-zone AC. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels provided. Easy access with zero steps from parking lot to unit. Owned by Ekahi 22C, LLC. Other things to note As of September 2021 Ekahi has banned the use of lanai BBQs due to the risk of fire. The Pavilion near the main pool has BBQ facilities. Fortunately, this is just a short walk from our unit. There are several BBQs available but it can get busy. We’ve found that if we wait until 6:30 or so we avoid the crowd. Ekahi Village has old and rickety sewer lines. To avoid any unpleasant surprises please follow these guidelines. There is a list above toilets of things to avoid flushing. Please strictly follow the list and flush only toilet paper and human waste. You can also help by using the showers at pavilion to remove all sand before returning to the unit. Each bedroom has a safe. We have never had an issue with theft but other units in Ekahi have. We always leave our wallets, car keys, phones, etc in the safes. Pest control by the condominium association happens randomly, but approximately every three months. The exact timing is out of our control. Guests may wish to vacate the unit while the pest control occurs. Especially sensitive guests may wish to vacate for several hours. While modestly inconvenient, keeping creepy crawlers at bay is part of life in a tropical environment. We will attempt to provide as much advance notice as we are able. Once a year the condominium association checks dryer vents to reduce the risk of fire. The timing of these inspections is out of our hands. But the inspection is brief.
