If you do use street parking please follow city guidelines especially on Souvenir Gate and please do not block the bike lane to keep the neighbors happy & to avoid a parking violation since it’s city streets. Other things to note This is a private studio but if you want to have 2 rentals close to each other then please consider renting Stella’s Main House too which is 15 yards in front of this studio. Perfect for big families! ***Stella’s main house is also available for rent in a separate listing which is about 15-20 yards in front of Stella’s studio. These 2 rentals together are PERFECT for families or groups of friends and/or coworkers! The 2 are both separate & completely private for alone time but also can allow a convenience when being close is desired!
