This unit is like tiny house living only there is much more space than most tiny homes. We have separated out a bedroom in this lofted space to give privacy to adults or primary guests. WE'RE IN HAWI NOT HILO . OFF-GRID LIVING POWERED BY SOLAR. Economy only applies to the impact on the farm and its utility free construction. Solid wood floors, tiled bathroom shower and floor. Beautiful shower glass enclosure. Fully functional kitchen w/ stove, electrical appliances when solar is opportune. The space We have purposely designed this to show how to use space to make beautiful living conditions fully functional for a family. Have you ever lived using solar for power? THIS UNIT IS OFF GRID FROM THE UTILITY COMPANY. Power outages can occur when guests are not conscious of their electrical use. It is unique in that the kitchen is fully louvered in with one side above the counter height screened. there is ample storage for long term stay. Room to hang clothes. The loft easily will sleep a full size adult however we recommend this be used for teenagers or smaller adults. There is a TV that runs on wifi and will easily allow you to run your varied subscriptions as a guest. There is a large dining table in the front room and a cafe table and chairs out on the front lanai. There is ample room for kids to play and the ventilation is the unit is superb. There's enough dishes for a set of four as well as storage containers to keep food fresh or out of reach of some of the local insects that might wander in. The water is drinkable. The shower is large in a petite bathroom. Guest access Guests may walk the entire property however we ask that no guest enter any unit or space that they have not currently rented. Other things to note This is an off grid cabin with county water and our Whole House Water Filtration system. Electrical usage should be monitored by the guests to insure that the two other units also remain with electricity. Learning to live with solar in a community setting forces folks to suffer the loss of electricity when not being considerate of other units also needing power. We believe this will assist folks in being unified rather than on site for self-greed.
