Starting in 2023, we have expanded our accommodations to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. On the main floor, you will find a private master bedroom suite with a cedar closet, a full bath, and a private deck overlooking the water. The entry-level master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 31” flat-screen TV, along with a convenient en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Another bedroom with a queen bed is also conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs, you will discover four additional bedrooms, including two equipped with cribs for your little ones, as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, providing ample space for everyone in your group. You'll find a second and third bedroom, each with two twin-size beds, a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, a crib, and breathtaking lake views from the spacious shared deck. Additionally, a fifth bedroom provides two full-size beds. The spacious main living room boasts two large sofas and multiple sitting chairs, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing. With six bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests and two cribs for the little ones, this home ensures a comfortable stay for everyone in your party. If this is not sufficient, for an additional cost, we can offer the attached guest house, which includes an additional three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a dedicated living room (please inquire for further details). Your stay is made even more convenient with a washer and dryer in the laundry room, a fire pit, barbecue, and parking space for eight or more cars in the driveway. The house can receive easily 8 cars with off-street parking We believe in relaxation time while on vacation or just a weekend getaway, that’s why we wouldn’t want to disturb, rather let our guess the maximum of liberty to enjoy their stay. Stroll a couple of blocks to Veterans Park Beach (next to Kennedy Memorial Park) and enjoy picnics, lounging on the beach, and watching yachts float across the harbor. The park is also a great spot for families, with a playground and shallow water for little ones to splash and swim. You’re also close to Kalmus Beach, a fantastic location for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Hyannis Harbor is less than a half mile away for restaurants, pubs, and ferries to the outlying islands. On lazy days, walk less than a mile to Main Street—home to a variety shops, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. Explore our prime location effortlessly! With attractions within walking distance, you'll find convenience at every step. We suggest strolling or cycling—feel free to use our bikes, subject to availability based on previous guest use, for an enjoyable and eco-friendly way to traverse the area. All photos, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. We will notify you proactively when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible. This is Antique house build in 1850, it has does have charming life marks and an historical structure; to respect the history of the house we kindly ask our guest to do not organize any parties at the house (an accident or damaged caused by any events will be at guests cost!). We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. When you book, we will send you the directions and home instructions. We’re available to ensure your stay is comfortable. The limit for people staying is 14. The house must be left with no sign of any sort and put back in order. Wood for the firepit and gas for the barbecue are at guest discretion, the owner do not provide those items. Due to COVID, we are kindly asking to our guest to come with their necessity items. (Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.). 14 clean Towels and sheets will be provided :)
