The antique house with a touch of history is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the ferries, restaurants, shops, art and all that Hyannis can offer! It has a private first floor master bedroom suite with cedar closet, full bath and private deck overlooking the water, 1 other bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a queen bed, 4 bedroom area (including 2 cribs) on the second floor and multiple living spaces! This house is waiting for you!! This peaceful house has multiple decks with gorgeous views, new shed for all your storage needs and blue stone patio for relaxing. Come back from the beach to your outdoor shower with dressing area. Prepare meals in a kitchen with all-white cabinetry and essential appliances including a gas stove and French-door refrigerator. Chill your favorite bottle before enjoying a relaxing dinner at the large dining table! There’s plenty of space to sprawl out in the main living room, with a 2 big sofa and three+ sitting chairs. This spacious home has 6 bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests (and 2 babies, we have 2 cribs for your little ones). The entry-level master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 31” flat screen TV. A convenient en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Head upstairs to find a second bedroom with two twin-size beds. Nearby is another bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a third bedroom featuring a queen-size bed + a crib & stunning lake views off the spacious deck shared with the second bedroom. On this same level, a fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds, and a fifth bedroom comes with two full-size beds and a crib. Amenities include a washer/dryer in the laundry room, and parking space for 8+ cars on the driveway! The house can receive easily 8 cars with off-street parking We believe in relaxation time while on vacation or just a weekend getaway, that’s why we wouldn’t want to disturb, rather let our guess the maximum of liberty to enjoy their stay. Of course, we remain at your disposal for any questions! I live next door and often can help if you have any questions. Stroll a couple of blocks to Veterans Park Beach (next to Kennedy Memorial Park) and enjoy picnics, lounging on the beach, and watching yachts float across the harbor. The park is also a great spot for families, with a playground and shallow water for little ones to splash and swim. You’re also close to Kalmus Beach, a fantastic location for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Hyannis Harbor is less than a half mile away for restaurants, pubs, and ferries to the outlying islands. On lazy days, walk less than a mile to Main Street—home to a variety shops, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. The location is absolutely amazing and you can walk to almost anything. We recommend getting around by foot or biking on one if the bikes at the house (availability depending on previous guests usages) All photos, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. We will notify you proactively when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible. This is Antique house build in 1850, it has does have charming life marks and an historical structure; to respect the history of the house we kindly ask our guest to do not organize any parties at the house (an accident or damaged caused by any events will be at guests cost!). We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. When you book, we will send you the directions and home instructions. We’re available to ensure your stay is comfortable. The limit for people staying is 14. The house must be left with no sign of any sort and put back in order. Wood for the firepit and gas for the barbecue are at guest discretion, the owner do not provide those items. Due to COVID, we are kindly asking to our guest to come with their necessity items. (Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.). 12 clean Towels and sheets will be provided :)
