Of course, we remain at your disposal for any questions! I live next door and often can help if you have any questions. Stroll a couple of blocks to Veterans Park Beach (next to Kennedy Memorial Park) and enjoy picnics, lounging on the beach, and watching yachts float across the harbor. The park is also a great spot for families, with a playground and shallow water for little ones to splash and swim. You’re also close to Kalmus Beach, a fantastic location for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Hyannis Harbor is less than a half mile away for restaurants, pubs, and ferries to the outlying islands. On lazy days, walk less than a mile to Main Street—home to a variety shops, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. Explore our prime location effortlessly! With attractions within walking distance, you'll find convenience at every step. We will notify you proactively when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible. This is Antique house build in 1850, it does have charming life marks and an historical structure; to respect the history of the house we kindly ask our guest to do not organize any parties at the house (an accident or damaged caused by any events will be at guests cost!). We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. When you book, we will send you the directions and home instructions. We’re available to ensure your stay is comfortable. The limit for people staying is 14. The house must be left with no sign of any sort and put back in order. Wood for the firepit and gas for the barbecue are at guest discretion, the owner do not provide those items. 14 clean towels and sheets will be provided. Beach towels, soaps and other necessity items are not provided.
