*Inquire about discount for stays of 1 week or longer.* Riverside: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths: sleeps 8 in beds, dynamic riverfront access + views, high speed internet, 4 Smart TVs, AC throughout, 2 wood-burning fireplaces + fire pit (wood included!), home gym with treadmill, weight bench, stretching area, outdoor seating with grill on the deck overlooking river, kayak, basketball net, fishing poles. NOTE: Only well-experienced kayakers ought attempt the Housatonic! Pets are welcome with pet fee. The space Riverside is spacious, and inviting, with many thoughtful details throughout. Guests enter through the sun porch and have access to the garage for one car. The garage is direct entry, into the house, and guests have use of the clicker. The sun porch is well set up for Berkshire gear, including ski and snowboard items. Main Floor: entering Riverside, you are greeted by a bright and sunny open-concept living with kitchen, dining room, and living room all together in one space. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end stainless appliances including six-burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher, and KitchenAid fridge with filtered water and ice -both crushed and cubes. The kitchen gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, food processor, KitchenAid mixer, and more. The large dining table has seating for 8, and is near one of the two wood-burning fireplaces, which makes for a cozy dining experience. The open concept great room also has a spacious seating area near one of 4 Smart TVs with Cable and access to all subscription TV channels. Just around the corner is an office/library space for a quiet place to get some work done or to curl up with a book. The large sun deck is just off the dining area and has a fabulous outdoor dining set up with huge umbrella for coverage. There is a propane BBQ grill on the deck and it overlooks the Housatonic River for a spectacular natural setting and nature viewing! This main floor also has a convenient 1/2 bath, just off the entry and close to the door that leads to the deck outside. Second Floor: Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom with king bed, wood-burning fireplace, cozy leather club chairs, TV, walk in closet and its own ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two guest rooms both have queen beds. One has a smart TV and both have nice closets with plenty of storage. These two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower. All of the bedrooms have crisp fresh high thread count linens and are ready to welcome their guest! Lower Level: The lower level functions as a large bonus room with a 4th sleeping space - with king bed, large SmartTV, and a workout room with new treadmill, weight bench, stretching area, TV and water cooler. Awesome! The laundry room is also on this lower level. Outside: Riverside has a very large yard, well suited for outdoor games. The sun deck, with a large dining table, living room seating area, and BBQ grill is located just off the kitchen. Guest can enjoy the fire pit with wood included There is a trail that leads down to the river, so guest can fish and explore. (Catch and release only), and a kayak is available for well-experienced kayakers. The Housatonic is a fast-paced river - however guests can take the Kayak to more docile waters, if you have a suitable rig on your car. Location: Less than 10 minutes to Guidos and downtown Great Barrington and close to all the Berkshire attractions. Less than 15 minutes to Ski Butternut and 20 minutes to Catamount. Great Barrington hosts a fabulous shopping experience with gourmet candy and ice cream, toys, galleries, bars and a wonderful array of dining experiences. No Smoking and please inquire about your pet. Pets must be approved and are welcome with a pet fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note -Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Children are always welcome with their parents or guardian. -All guests are required to sign a lease agreement alongside the airbnb reservation. The lease agreement follows all airbnb rules. -Pets must be disclosed and a pet fee applies. Pets must be well behaved and not scratch the floors and are advised to not be up on the furniture. -No Smoking -EV car charger with Tesla adapter is available for guests to use.
