Up the stairs are the bathroom and beautiful bedroom with views to the courtyard , queen bed and a seating area. Other things to note The host will cover electricity charges up to $150 per month during the guest’s stay. Any charges exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the guest. This unit does not have a designated parking spot. There is 2 hour parking on the street from 8am until 6pm which is free. Between 6pm and 8am there is not a time restriction and you can park overnight. *No time restriction on Sundays. There are two parking lots about 3 blocks from the building that offer long-term parking rates. These are lots P409 (2135 Decatur St), or P408 (2150 Decatur St).
