The space The "Franklin" suite is a truly unique and delightful space located on the first floor, adjacent to the courtyard. Its 15-foot high ceilings and tasteful emerald green decor exude charm and elegance. The room boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom. A magnificent and distinctive chandelier adds a touch of refinement to the room. You can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the generously sized flat-screen TV equipped with Roku. Additionally, you'll have your own mini fridge and coffee service at your fingertips. THE MANSION Welcome to The Mansion on Royal Street, a Hospitality of New Orleans property. As you approach, you'll be greeted by majestic columns and elegant galleries, showcasing the grandeur of this Greek Revival house from the 1820s. The property embodies the rich history and opulence of old Creole Louisiana, which is evident throughout. Your room will provide a peaceful escape from the lively streets, with 14-foot ceilings and exquisite hand-crafted cypress trim. There are also three charming courtyards, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, perfect for unwinding. Despite the tranquil surroundings, you'll still be conveniently located near all the exciting action. AMENITIES The cozy parlor inside boasts a blend of period furnishings and modern decor, alongside a convenient kitchenette. Meanwhile, outside, you can bask in the morning sun with a cup of café au lait or unwind with a glass of wine on the front porch or in one of two lush courtyards. Plus, you can indulge in a relaxing soak in the hot tub. For a bird's-eye view of the festivities, head up to the second-floor gallery, perfect for people-watching and catching the passing parades, including the Krewe of Chewbacchus, Krewe du Vieux, 'tit Rəx, and St. Ann parade during Mardi Gras Season.
