Garage has 65" TV, bar, extra refrigerator and ice maker that makes up to 100 lbs of ice daily. Don't worry about packing any beach supplies! We provide a Phoenix Beach Cart with 12 beach chairs, cool cabana, cooler & beach tags. The back yard has an enclosed shower, grill, and a cozy fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs. Perfect location, Dealy Field/basketball court & playground, fishing pier at the west end of the street, Moda Mia Restaurant at the east end of the street, and Bubba Hot Dog Stand at the entrance to beach.
