Charming Ranch, Near Beaches & Town in Osterville

A lovely ranch nestled on a quiet street, minutes away from the Osterville village, ponds and the popular Nantucket Sound beaches such as Craigville, Dowses to name a few. Other amenities nearby, including boating & fishing, golfing, shopping center, restaurants, downtown Hyannis, and more.... Activities are endless! The space Great location, ideal retreat for family getaway! This home is super clean and airy. It offers a fire-placed living room with beamed vaulted ceilings with loads of natural light. New hardwood floors recently installed throughout the main rooms and new carpets in the bedrooms. Mostly new furniture throughout the house. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee machine. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath house offers a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full private bath. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a double/full bed. All bedrooms offer generous sized closets. Finally, a walk-out partly finished basement offers additional space for entertaining. The secluded back deck is great for grilling and outdoor gathering. A gas grill and patio furniture will keep the conversation going into the night. Other amenities include air conditioning, washer & dryer, TVs, WIFI, board games, foosball table, children's books, toys, and pack and go playpen. Guest access The house has 2 driveways. One is in front of the garage and the other is on the opposite side, where the gravel is. The entire house except 2 locked closets. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 4 pm but we can be flexible sometimes - just ask. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please no loud activities, cars, and music. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am. We provide beach gear such as beach mats, sand umbrella, and a cooler. Guests can also drive to the nearby beaches from the back roads given RT28 can be quite congested during the summer. If prefer, beaches are less than 20 minutes by bike.
