From this homebase you will have the best of both worlds, the comforts of a deluxe interior space with all that is green, nature and serenity beginning right on property. Guest access Guests are able to access the shared living room for relaxation, kitchenette for meal preparation and eating and the backyard along with abutting conservation area for walks, fishing, bird-watching and other activities. Other things to note My husband, three children and I live in the main house, just above the private rental unit. The unit has its separate entrance. When the weather is agreeable, we enjoy playing outside in the back yard. We also enjoy walking the nature trail out back and encourage you to check it out. We dedicate the unit entirely to our guests during their stay. While the unit is newly renovated, it's an older home and sound passes between the units. We just ask guest be to be mindful of that. Feel free to call or text with any questions or requests you may have. We welcome strong communication from our guests in order to ensure a five-star experience. In times of snow storm or such inclement weather, we will communicate parking instructions in order to facilitate clean-up. You will be responsible for cleaning out your own vehicle. We will assist as much as possible.
