Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole! The space The guest home offers two bedrooms and two baths that are located at each end of the mobile home. The home offers central air and heat, WIFI, Amazon fire sticks on all TVs, Washer and Dryer, a 42" TV in the living room, a 32" in the master bedroom, 32” TV in the second bedroom and the kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances. The home has been updated and has very stylish touches. Guest access Enjoy grilling on the gas grill under the mobile home’s covered porch or visit around the table. Some other amenities include a fire pit, boat house, (great fishing!) yard, lounge chairs and a hammock (These are shared spaces with the main house). Unlimited Wifi is also available with up to 20 mbps. We don't have a boat slip available but we do have buoys available to tie off your boat for the night. The boat house is a large space to hang out or cast a line in the shade. Other things to note The main house is on the same property as the mobile home. We share all areas except for our covered porch around our house. Please feel free to use the yard, the waterfront deck in front of the yard where the lounge chairs and hammock are (no swimming), the boathouse and fire pit.
