Renting to family & multi-family groups ONLY. Home has beds for 9 ppl max (4 to 6 adults maximum and children) with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Outdoors guests can enjoy 2 elevated decks & lower patio in the rear. It is the policy of the Owner to rent to family, multi-family groups and mature adults only. Guest renter must be 28 years of age to enter into this Vacation Rental Agreement. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Any violation of this will be grounds for expedited eviction with no refund. Saturday to Saturday reservations from June 5th through September 11th. We also offer monthly rentals off season at discounted rate. Please contact us if interested. There are two master suites on the second floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Bunk bedroom can accommodate children only, 3 max. Home was fully renovated in 2021. Upstairs shares a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower. Main floor shares renovated full bathroom, with walk in shower and laundry area. Family room and bunk bedroom have direct access to two separate furnished decks. There is a separate “kid shed” and furnished back deck where young ones can escape to, so parents can enjoy some quiet time as well! Amenities include central air and heating, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, washer and dryer, fan in every room, WIFI and smart TV. For outdoor use the following are provided: outdoor chairs and tables, large Weber Grill (propane tank) and beach gear. Parking space for 2 small cars only, the rest is street parking. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials are provided. Please note linens, towels are not provided. You can bring your own or rent from linen company. Pillows and down blankets are provided - have protector cases, same as mattresses. The house will be professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival with a focus on all high-touch areas (e.g., switches and electronic remote controls, handles and knobs, bathroom surfaces, hard surfaces). House is equipped with a handicap lift that is easily accessible from the carport area and leads to one of the downstairs bedrooms. Please note, the house otherwise is not ADA Wheelchair compliant. Please note we do not allow guests to bring their pets however we the owners do have 2 hyper- allergenic dogs that are at the home from time to time. Anyone with severe allergies to pets should note this. There is an outdoor shower at the back of the house. Please note, Family room gas fireplace is off limits to guests. No smoking. 6 adult beach passes included. Access to the entire house, except to the locked “owners” closets. Texting is best but feel free to call in case of emergency! The house is on a very quiet street. Please be respectful to our neighbors. There might be mosquitos on a back deck. We have sprays in the house but long sleeves and long pants are recommended if children will be playing on the back “kid deck and kid shed”.
