This oceanfront home offers a clean and spacious 3 bedroom and 2 full bath, with plentiful ocean life right outside your back door. The fully furnished home offers a full sized kitchen with a dining table and open concept living area. There is an additional family room for reading, TV or game night. Ample windows in all rooms promise lots of sunlight and fresh tropical breezes throughout the space. Complete kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, and WiFi/internet is provided. The house has 3 bedrooms, Master with a king bed and attached full bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twins. There is also a futon couch that sleeps two in the family room. All of the home is accessible to our guests. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Mokule'ia is a quiet community and large gatherings/parties are not allowed at this property. Please respect the neighbors and enjoy our home. There is a beach access on property that is accessible at your own risk. Access can be slippery or treacherous depending on conditions. There are many other beach options that are walking or driving distance from the property. Nearby Dillingham Field offers glider planes, skydiving, open cockpit plane rides. Historic Haleiwa town is 6 miles away and offers plenty of restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and local food markets and food trucks. The Haleiwa Harbor offers jet ski rentals, catamaran rides and whale watching tours in the winter. A little further and you will find the world famous beaches of the North Shore, Laniakea (9 miles), Waimea Bay (11 miles), Sunset and Pipeline (15 miles). For the golf enthusiast, Turtle Bay Resort and Golf Course is 19 miles away. There is a two car driveway and street parking is available. The house is about 35 minutes from the Honolulu Airport, during non-rush traffic hours. Nightly price includes the General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.5% and Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25%
