Ocean View can mean you have a partially obstructed or angled view of the beach. For the best view be sure to book Ocean Front only. Marriott Vacation Clubs are required to maintain a high standard of quality and interior design. As such, it is possible there may be renovation projects going on during your stay. If you want to know specifics, give the resort a call with your dates and ask what renovations they may have going on at the time. They do a very good job blocking off the rooms and hallways that will be worked on but occasionally will have some painting (interior or exterior) going on at the resort. Guest access You have all access to the resort amenities on the Marriott vacation club side as well as the Sonesta hotel side. This is your own private hotel room. The hotel defines it as a Parlor. Other things to note *When booking a multiple night stay within 1 week of arrival, the hotel will try to ensure you stay in the same room the whole time. Occasionally, they may require changing rooms mid-stay. You're still guaranteed the same room type booked (Ocean Front, Ocean View, Garden View).
