The Loft

This unique place has a style all of its own. Welcome to our lofted guest suite. One private bedroom and bathroom with open area overlooking family garage gym area. The perfect spot whether you’re in town for the weekend or a college game. Please note: bedroom has its own thermostat for your control. Open loft garage area kept around 65 degrees in winter, 74 degrees in the summer. The space Located in a nice part of town that is well lit. The Loft is a private bedroom, bathroom and living area located above our garage and gym area. During the day we'll be coming and going and using the gym space so you may hear us but not during the designated quiet hours. We try to accommodate extended quiet hours upon request. You'll enter through a shared garage entry door with a code. Guest access The Loft itself is for guests only. Guests enter through a shared garage service entry door with code. Treadmill, row machine, gym use, and pack-n-play available upon request. Other things to note Need to be 21 to book. Thanks!
