Hot tub, Family Friendly, Garden City Getaway

This is the entire 2k s.f. lower level of my home with a private entrance and relaxing hot tub. It feels like you’re in the mountains yet it's only a 10 min drive from downtown. Pine trees surround the 1 acre property and you can hear the creek running through the backyard. Enjoy sitting around the fire pit, playing ping pong, or cozy up watching a movie. The space This is a modern, daylight lower level with three bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has a TV and a dedicated work space with a new, king-size Helix mattress and plush-down comforter. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, reading lights, box fans and extra pillows/blankets. We have an additional full-size trifold mattress available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy cooking in a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities. We provide organic coffee as well as other organic staples. We have a Chemex pour over, a French Press and a Mr. Coffee with some Folgers. There is also an outdoor propane BBQ grill which can be used year-round. The home has radiant floor heating. The spacious family room has ping pong, a dining table, and an extra-large wrap-around couch to enjoy movie night. The bathroom has pocket doors that divide the toilet room and shower area allowing multiple-person use. Game trails are run through the property and we enjoy seeing deer and a wide variety of birds daily. There is also a pair of foxes that slink through from time to time and we had a unique opportunity to see a bear and several wild horses this past summer as well! I live above the rental but am gone frequently and very quiet. The lower level and hot tub are completely private and not shared. My daughter/co-host lives in the Yurt in the back yard and we are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Guest access Please only park TWO cars at the very end of the driveway so that the garages don’t get blocked. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE NEIGHBORS SIDE OF THE STREET SINCE THEY MAY TOW From the end of the driveway, turn right and a gentle tiered gravel pathway takes you to the back of the home where there’s a private entrance and hot tub. The entire lower level of the house is for guest use and is not shared. The main level of the house is occupied by myself. Other things to note We provide professional hot tub service and have someone stop by at the beginning of every week to provide maintenance. If you are staying with us on a Monday or Tuesday, please note the maintenance guy will be stopping by in the morning on one of those days. All of our soaps, laundry detergent and cleaning products and have been carefully selected to be free of harmful chemicals, fragrances or other undesirable ingredients. The bath towels and most linens are organic cotton and all of the provided coffee, tea, hot coco, olive oil, etc. is also organic. The kitchen is equipped with on-tap filtered well water and lastly, the pots/pans and bakeware are all stainless steel or glass, no teflon here!
