House is located on the beach block of a small neighborhood of dead end streets. A trip to the ocean is a short walk. House is completely furnished (no linens). Utilities and Cable/WiFi included. There is a great area under the house that can be used in the summer months. During the winter months (October through April) this area is unavailable. All of the furniture is stored and the water for the outside bathroom is turned off. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor bedroom has its own bath. Living/Dining/Kitchen area is all open with a couch and table with chairs. There is a fireplace in the Living area that cannot be used. Our insurance does not allow its use. The front door is accessible through a programmable lock. The door can be programmed with any 4 digit code . A key is provided for the back door. There is a storage shed on the property that is not available to renters. The outdoor bathroom will be unavailable for the winter months. You can message through the Airbnb app or text me. Beach Block home in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of parking. We have two driveways that can easily fit 4 cars. Four bicycles are provided during June, July and August. Bicycles are for local use only and should only be used during daylight hours. You understand that the use of bicycles is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved using a bicycle. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of a bicycle and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers the use of bicycles may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using a bicycle if a person has health risks, or if a person uses a bicycle while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from riding a bicycle. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
