Endless tall ceilings and natural light with large windows, this historic suite has everything the city has to offer! 4 blocks to the French Quarter, 1 block to Harrahs Casino and the New Caesar's Palace, 6 blocks to bourbon street and 10 blocks to the World War II Museum! Walk to the Mardi Gras Parades, Cafe Du Monde or the French Quarter Festival!! Other things to note Property is Historic brick building that has been restored and updated. There is an elevator and the propety has monthly pest control. Although unlikely, may see wildlife. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent wildlife from accessing property. Video surveillance in exterior, and hallways. There are no video cameras or surveillance in the rooms. We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches ( I.e bleach stains, burn marks, or tears.) furthermore our Housekeeping does their best to make sure that there are no hairs in the towels, if a hair is left behind, it's from the Housekeeping staff. We strive for this that never happen. If you are not satisfied with our linens please let us know, and we will swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the proper number of guests as linens are prepared for the number of guests. The water pressure in the city can sometimes fluctuate. If the pressure drops, please let us know so we can reset the pump or walk you through how to reset it very easily! We have exterior surveillance cameras for your safety and the protection of the property. Cameras record sound and video. There are Minut sound monitoring systems in the living room of the apartment to prevent parties and gatherings and enforce quiet hours.
