Located within minutes of downtown Amherst, our condo offers a convenient location with grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby colleges like UMass, Amherst College, and Hampshire College. A bus stop in front of the complex provides freedom and convenience, allowing you to avoid the hassle of finding parking spaces while heading to town or nearby colleges. Most bus services in the Amherst area are free. The condo has a coin-operated laundry in the common basement, also nearby Laundromats. The space This two-story condo offers a serene view of the surrounding trees. You can simply sit by the windows and enjoy the peaceful morning or afternoon, sipping a cup of tea or coffee. Don’t forget to bring some of your favorite books to read. Guest access The apartment has several storage spaces, some of which are designated for guests to use, while others are used for maintenance purposes. Access to a laundry facility is available with a key, but there are also several laundromats nearby if prefer. Other things to note You must be over the age of 23 to book our condo. Before booking, We kindly request that our guests review our house rules to ensure their compliance. Please note that early check-in and luggage drop-off /storage are not available. This condominium can only accommodate four guests. We cannot accept bookings for groups of more than four guests. We can only host one group of guests at a time, a maximum of four guests. Arriving at the property with more or different guests than what is on your reservation violates Airbnb rules and policy. Please book for the correct number of guests so that we can arrange a room suitable for your group.
