Our street is not plowed unless there is more than 2" of snow. We are in a neighborhood with an HOA and it is very important to us to keep a good relationship with them and our neighbors. We do not allow parties or events and we live on the property full time. We are pet friendly and there is a $20 pet fee (non-refundable) for the trip. You must add the pet(s) to your booking. If you are found having a pet and do not add them to the reservation, the pet fee will be $50. The railings on the deck are a little wobbly. DO NOT LEAN OR SIT ON THE RAILING
