BATH 1: Downstairs — Located near kitchen No baseboard heating — (Small space heater in cabinets) LIVING ROOM: — (Can sleep 2) Projector: Non- blue light TV + Black out curtains Board games / Puzzles Extra blankets & pillows / sectional sleeper couch Salt lamps & crystals for ambiance ***GUEST CHECK IN TABLE — please sign!!*** FRONT PORCH — Stoop Privacy curtains Serta couch — **brought into house for sleeping use** Ashtray / Smoking pillows *****SMOKING POLICY:***** FYI, NJ has legalized maryjane. We DO NOT tolerate smoking or vaping INSIDE of the home. There is an ashtray and pillows on the porch so you can sit & people watch. If we find evidence of smoke, there will be a $200 fee. ************************************ ALL 3 UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS HAVE: Mounted Roku TV Large, open style closets with curtains for functionality Iron + small ironing board / hangars (velvet + plastic) / dresser Side table / Light with USB port or outlet / trash can Luggage rack / extra pillows and blankets Extra lighting Salt lamps + salt lamp night lights THE MASTER — Sleeps 2 King bed + memory foam topper Largest TV THE QUEEN — Sleeps 2 THE BLU ROOM — Sleeps 2 BASEMENT — Sleeps up to 7** King bed, twin bunk beds + queen blow up matress Dresser / Lamp / Side table BATHROOMS: Extra toilet paper Hairdryer Mounted shower essentials Towels It’s an old house, so the laundry room isn’t pretty or aesthetically pleasing.. It's functional. If you do laundry, please do small loads!!!!! OFFICE: BACK YARD: Fire pit / Bench / Chairs Big yard NOT fenced & **Not the best grass** HOWEVER, no chemicals have been used in 9 years ******************************************************************************** If a guest LIES about how many guests or animals are in attendance, there will be a $300 fee. If an animal has an accident, or something is found broken without guest informing the hosting team, there will be a $200 fee. PLEASE communicate clearly, & honestly with our team. We are all human, and accidents happen. ******************************************************************************** Guest access First floor, second floor & bedrooms guests are staying in + common areas on first floor and laundry room. Size of party / nightly rate dictates basement access. Early check in or check out is available for a fee! Other things to note ADDITIONAL FEES FOR MISCONDUCT: $300 fee if you book for others / aren’t present on premise $300 fee if you are caught with unauthorized guests/animals on premise $200 fee if something is broken & not discussed with team $100 for wearing shoes beyond the entry way; ie upstairs, on carpets, etc We’ve had two bookings that disregarded the house rules & were caught in lies.
