No Pets & No Smoking: Pets and smoking are strictly not permitted inside the home or in the parking lots. Building Management is very strict on this. Service dogs: Kindly inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. To keep the home comfortable for everyone: Please avoid using the stair cases wearing muddy or heavily soiled boots inside. These stair cases are carpeted so the guest may be responsible for the cost of cleaning the dirts, stains in the carpet. Avoid using the washer/dryer for heavy work clothes. These machines are for washing clothes for family and heavy duty work clothing jams the machine and the guest may be responsible for any repairs caused due to over loading. Tools, equipment, and work materials should be stored in the vehicles and not stored on to the furniture. Please be mindful of early-morning departures or late-evening returns during quiet hours.
