This home is a beautifully decorated four bedroom and three and a half bathroom that has room for the whole family without ever feeling like you are on top of each other. There is a cozy covered front porch, and a gorgeous back yard screened in patio and two decks on the second floor. Linens are included! This property is Saturday to Saturday only. The space This property is great for multigenerational families in mind. Enter the center hall which opens to the rear family room, kitchen and screened porch spanning the back of the house. There is a primary bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite bathroom on the left, and a laundry room to the right off the main hall, plus a powder room across from the stairs. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a family meal, with plenty of seating at the bar counter, main dining table. A beverage fridge and wine storage cabinet make entertaining a breeze. The adjoining, open plan family room has a large screen tv, comfortable furniture and a high-top table for overflow dining / kids table or game table - books and games for all ages have been provided. The screened rear porch is accessed through large glass doors and features an outdoor tv - perfect for watching sports or family movie night. The second floor features another primary bedroom with king bed and large en suite bathroom with rain shower. This bedroom has private deck spanning the front of the house overlooking the beautiful tree canopy of our pretty street. It’s an ideal space for enjoying your morning coffee or reading a book with a glass of wine after a day at the beach or town. There are two more bedrooms on this floor; one features two twin beds and the other has a queen. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms. The queen bedroom has access to a sun deck with table, umbrella and chairs. This deck can also be accessed from the hallway. This property is fully stocked with linens, including 8 beach towels. We have a secured beach box with 8 chairs, umbrellas and some sand toys for your fun-filled day at the beach, located 3 short blocks from the house. We do provide 8 beach tags as well. The property sleeps 8 guests - big parties are not acceptable. Before booking, please take the time to consider what your group’s vacation plans entail to see if everyone will consider this property to be a good fit. - The primary renter must be a minimum of 30 years of age. - Absolutely no prom, high school, college or spring break renters. - If you have falsely represented your group, your lease is considered null/void and you will not have use of the property. No monies will be returned. - Only those stipulated in the rental agreement are allowed. No outside visitors. - Maximum occupancy is 8 persons. - IMPORTANT NOTE: All interior areas of this house, the screened porch, and decks are 100% SMOKE FREE. Any odors or stains from smoking or damage from open lights or smoking materials detected after your departure will result in the loss of your security deposit.
