Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed, especially for longer stays. 🔐 Security Devices Policy: All security devices, including outdoor Blink and doorbell cameras, must remain plugged in and fully operational at all times. A $200 fine per violation will be charged for tampering with, unplugging, covering, or disabling any security device. 🎉 Gatherings & Events: Gatherings or events are not permitted without prior approval. If you are planning a gathering, please contact us in advance so we can assess and apply the appropriate fee. Please note that approval is subject to review and is not guaranteed. Unauthorized gatherings or exceeding the approved occupancy may result in additional charges. 🌦️ Weather & Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or any other events outside of our control. All garbage should be placed in the designated trash bins to help us keep the space fresh and pest-free. ♻️ 🐜 Critters & Bug Season (May–June): This property receives regular professional pest control, but as we are in a Southern and somewhat rural area, occasional sightings of bugs, ants, or other critters may happen — especially during seasonal months.
