In your message, when you request to book, please confirm that you have read the rules and agree to honor them. I keep a fragrance free home and require that guests be fragrance free too. The space *As you can see by my photos, ratings and reviews this really is a lovely place to stay, I am an attentive host, but please, first, read on.... *I do make exceptions to the rules, depending on the request. *Please don't apply perfume, cologne or essential oils the day you arrive or while staying here. *Most scented laundry products are ok. But please don't book if in the past year you have used the extreme strongly scented laundry products like Gain, Febreze, Scent Beads, Downy Fabric Softner, Unstoppables or Bounce "Long Lasting Freshness" because your clothes will be permanently scented. But again the vast majority of normal scented laundry products are fine, its just the super strong products above that I react to. If unsure, book and if your clothes are too scented for me, I would only ask that you keep them in plastic bins that I provide and only take out what you will wear that day. That works out well. It consists of a living room with skylights, a futon sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining area w/table, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, a bedroom with a queen bed, two closets and a private, en suite bathroom. Coffee, tea, oatmeal and bottled filtered water are supplied. Lots of other luxury amenities are provided from slippers and bathrobes to toiletries and umbrellas! *You must be 25+ to book. Photo ID required immediately after booking *Children must be 12 or older. Infants that do not walk or crawl are ok *Guests are free to come and go as often, as early or late as you like. *There is an additional one time charge of $25 for the use of the sofa bed. Please let me know in advance if you plan on using the sofa bed and I will supply bedding for it. *There is one parking space for my guests at my neighbor's house 3 doors down. *The person booking the listing must be staying at the listing. You cannot book for another person and not stay here. *I require guests to have an identifiable face photo on their profile so I know the person booking is the person staying here. *No unauthorized guests. Only the number of guests shown on the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. A quiet visit of a couple of friends or family is ok, please check in with me before inviting guests. *No parties, No Smoking, No vaping. *Please do not book if you smoke marijuana or tobacco as it will be on your clothes. *Do not bring Marijuana or other drugs into the house. *I do supply a wide array of fragrance free personal care products that you are welcome to use. See listing photos. *For those with cat allergies I do have a cat. I do not allow her upstairs. I also use strong HEPA filter air cleaners and cat allergy sufferers have not reacted when staying here in the past. *The ceilings are slanted and you may bump your head if you are very tall (see photos). *There is one flight of steep, narrow stairs with a slightly awkward turn at the top which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or those with large, heavy luggage. *I am a licensed massage therapist with an office on the premises. Contact me for an appointment. Guest access Guests will have the use of the entire Second Floor Private Guest Suite and to the beautiful backyard garden. The garden has two separate garden "rooms" each with a furnished patio. And there is a small deck with a table for two just outside the back door as well. My garden is shared with myself and a downstairs tenant. I occasionally rent out the garden for small dinner parties. Airbnb guests will not have garden access on occasion.
