This detached studio has its own entrance, wraparound lanai, everything you need to live/work. Dedicated wifi, king Tempurpedic, 50" screen, fully furnished kitchenette. The space Custom built by one of the few remaining master pole-home builders on the islands, the raw timbers, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and teak wood floors give this space an earthy, peaceful treehouse vibe. The custom bathroom is appointed with a huge walk-in shower room, adding a touch of luxury in this otherwise low-key country setting. The kitchenette is equipped with a two burner induction cooktop, toaster oven, microwave. We've stocked it with dishes, cookware, utensils, smoothie blender, coffee press. If we missed anything, just ask. The neighborhood is well-established with many families who have been in Kahalu`u for multiple generations. Most homes are owner-occupied, and we consider our neighbors family friends. Please note that some of our neighbors keep roosters that are early risers. We have one medium-sized dog that is leashed anytime she's outside. There's also an outdoor cat that frequents our place. We allow service dogs, however, we do not allow pets in the studio. Guest access Private entrance up a flight of stairs. You have your own washer/dryer in the unit. Dedicated wifi with ethernet capability. The property sits on almost half an acre of grassy land with papaya and avocado trees. But honestly the best views are on your wrap-around lanai.
