Ready to have your own piece of paradise? Welcome to the White Lodge. This cute little bungalow has 2 dedicated master suites on each wing. The bedrooms are joined by a main open kitchen and living space. The entire house has amazing tropical and ocean views. Take steps down to your own lush green jungle. You can hear the ocean waves crashing in between the rustling of palm trees and angelic variety of birds. Each day at sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. Trust us you won't want to leave! The space The house has been fully renovated with brand new hard wood floors, brand new kitchen cabinets and island and fully renovated bathrooms. Brand new furniture throughout, in classic mid century/ modern style. Fully furnished lanai with additional space to lounge, lay back, and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Don't forget sneakers if you want to use the downstairs laundry. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Main level is easily accessible from the street and at 1 single level. Front wood deck for additional lounging, not parking, but you’ll probably want to sit where the view best at the rear lanai. Wrap around lanai and direct access from each bedroom. Laundry is downstairs in the basement. If you want to venture down further to the back of the property take care down the lava rock path to amazing lush greenery and access to fruit bearing trees. Coconuts, avocados, grapefruit and dragon fruit come and go throughout the year. Other things to note If possible, it’s best to arrive at the property before sunset if you’re not familiar with the location. Kona Paradise is special in that most houses have amazing views in the neighborhood. This is due to the sharp decline as the mountain meets the ocean. Be prepared for steep curvy streets with amazing ocean views along the way! This property is not for everyone! If you want to get away from the city and city density this is the getaway for you! As with most of the island mosquitos are ever present as well as other critters and wild animals. This also includes geckos, gnats, termite sightings (depending on the wet season) Please keep this in mind! I stock up with as much pest candles and repellent as possible and have fire ant mitigation come to the house regularly. Also- please note you do not have post office mailbox access. Any items should be sent or Delivered via FedEx or UPS. Post office does not deliver to the house due to the steep incline. Please prepare accordingly. Pets are allowed, but there will be a pet fee to cover additional deep cleaning. When making the reservations please add pets which is in the front down menu (adults/kids/pets) also please message me if you plan on bringing a fur baby on your trip :)
