Cute guest suite in a home!

Perfect space for interns/medical professionals! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! Small studio apartment within my home! Your space includes it’s own living room, dining area, desk, and bedroom. There are 3.5 bathrooms in the house - but they’re all in the shared spaces. Short commute to Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, Seton Hall University, Montclair University, Caldwell College. 10 minute drive to train station. 8 minutes to the paper mill playhouse! The space The private studio is in my basement in my recently renovated mid century home. There are 3.5 bathrooms which are located in multiple floors. There's only 2 of us in the home (we don't have children) so there won't be a shortage of bathrooms. We also have two dogs, two cats, and a parrot. Two dogs who are 2 years old (55lbs each) - they're very friendly and are in process of learning appropriate manners - they stay on the first floor of the residence - we can actually close them out from your area if you'd prefer that! As for my cats they are super chill and stay in the second floor for the most part. Guest access You have access to your private living room and bedroom. Public spaces: bathroom Other things to note About us: I work from home and work out of my office in the second floor - but I pretty much keep to myself. We're in our early 30s - engineers. I will be on site to assist with anything. About my pets: My dogs are 2 years old so a bit jumpy but attend training so getting better! TV: Tv has Amazon fire tv but you have to sign in to your netflix/hbo/ etc accounts. Comfy queen size bed with a medium to hard mattress.. I ask if to include in your reservation any guests that you might have over. I ask that you notify me if you're going to have guests over for my safety since it's a shared home.
