COVID PROTOCOLS: To ensure your safety and the safety of others, the following COVID precautions may be in place at the Holua Resort (depending on the covid transmission rate at time of arrival): - House cleaning will not come into the room but you can contact the front desk and they can provide you with replacement towels/wash clothes/kleenex/etc (they will leave at your door). - Guests may be required to wear a mask when checking in and walking in the common areas of the hotel throughout the stay.: - International travelers into Hawaii will need to follow the International Travel requirements as outlined on the Hawaii COVID 19 website. Some International travelers will be subject to adhering to Safe Travels Requirements to bypass quarantine. Please check the website for the travel requirements. At time of check-in, international travelers may be asked by the front desk to provide proof they are not subject to the mandatory 10 day quarantine. Guests will not be able to check in if they were not approved to bypass quarantine when arriving at the airport. There is no obligation for you to attend, and it is suggested that you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. General terms: • Guests shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other guests/timeshare owners. The Guest affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. • The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by themselves or personal guests. • The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation is booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in).
