Cape Cod at its best, you won't want to miss this - book today! The Space: Guests can choose from bedrooms on the first or second floor. The kitchen and dining room are at the back of the house and flow to the deck for easy entertaining. There is plenty of space inside and out to relax and put your feet up. The newly finished basement is sure to be a favorite. Large screen smart tv and a huge sectional plus a table to play games/ cards at make this the perfect spot for indoor entertainment. The yard is fenced, and we have a fire pit for you to enjoy in the evenings. Guest Access: Guests have access to 3 levels of this home plus the outside. The Neighborhood: Located just off Main Street in Harwichport. Short distance to shops, restaurants and the beach, all only minutes away with no need for a vehicle to get there. Please be advised there is a restaurant with outside entertainment close to the property so some noise may be discernible in the evenings. There are noise ordinances in place. Getting Around: Town is just a short distance from house as is the beach. Parking in driveway for three cars. Part of the driveway is shared by neighboring home located behind the house. Other Things to Note: There are stairs inside and out here. The stairs to the second floor are steep Captain’s stairs. Two full baths one up and one down, a new third full bath on the basement with laundry. The second floor shower is separate from the bathroom. Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.
