Your comfortable home away from home for fun excursions, get aways, business meeting or college visits The space This guest suite was designed as an in-law suite several years ago. It is attached to our primary residence, a single family home in a very pretty area of Winchester. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed a six drawer dresser and a small desk and chair. If needed, you will have access to an ethernet cable at the desk. The flooring is oak hardwood. The sitting area has a kitchenette consisting of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig machine with coffee pods, a full sink area and sufficient table/dinner ware and utensils. There is a small dining table with two chairs, a love seat size sofa and a comfortable easy chair. There's also a nice 48" TV. The room has a high quality 6" x 9" wool oriental carpet. Access to the guest suite is via a private side entrance door with a digital locking system. You will enjoy an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower that features a large rainfall shower head. Our in-laws and friends have stayed here on visits and loved it. We are sure you will too. Guest access You will have exclusive, private access to this guest suite that consists of a bedroom, living area and full bath. The guest suite parking is on the left side of the drive way. Other things to note Please feel free to call or text us if you have any questions about this property or the area or proximity to points of interest. We know everything about the area and would happy to speak with you and will try to accommodate some specials requests that you may have. Also, this guest suite is perfect for one or two adults and is marketed this way. We have had guests ask to bring infants or young children. We have permitted this but only after establishing clear expectations of what we offer and what we would find acceptable. We have also allowed 3 young adults, but only after we were asked and had clear communication about this arrangement and an adjustment to the occupancy fee.
