Modern 1BR apt in Boston’s Roslindale Village

This place is on the 3rd floor of our newly renovated home in Boston's Roslindale, which is about 6 miles away from downtown (please look up the neighborhood to have a clear idea where it is). Our place is close to restaurants & bars in Rozzy Village and West Roxbury. There is a connection via bus at the corner to the subway at the Forest Hills Orange Line T-stop that will get you to downtown in about 30 min, and there is commuter rail in Roslindale Village. The space This is a modern, newly renovated space located on the third floor of our house and it has a private entrance through the back staircase. Our house is located within walking distance from Rozzy Village and West Roxbury with lots of bars, cafés, and restaurants. This place is decorated with original artwork by your host, Enrique Durand-Methol, some of which may be available for purchase—please inquire with us if you are interested. The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa with a large TV, wet bar, a dishwasher, dining table, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric water kettle, and fridge. The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed and TV, and has a large en-suite bathroom with a rain showerhead, soaking tub, double sinks, and a towel warmer. There are two large closets in the bedroom and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Early check-in or late checkout may be available based on availability for a fee of $50. Please inquire with us ahead of time. EV charging is available for a fee of $50 per charging session—please inquire about charger compatibility. LGBTQIA+ people are welcome—Roslindale has a thriving gay and lesbian community. Sorry, no small children or pets—the apartment is not equipped for them. Guest access Guests use the back staircase for entrance to this place on the third floor of our house. Other things to note - Supplies such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee pods, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. are provided as a courtesy "starter pack" only—guests are required to refill them on their own as needed for use during their stay.
