Your beautiful garden guest unit is a tranquil getaway. The layout is ideal - a bedroom with an ensuite bath; living room with a pull out couch and a door that transforms the living room into a private bedroom; a second full bath; and a kitchen/dining area. Best of all, it's less than a ten minute walk to 500 acres of parkland and "JP" center with great restaurants, pubs, bakeries and shops. The space The apartment is truly in a garden. It is set back from the street and is a new addition to my historic 1881 house. There is plenty of on-street parking. The formal bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath. The living room becomes another private bedroom with a queen sofa bed. It has a full private shower off the kitchen area. Guest access A beautiful path leads from the street to your exclusive patio and living space. Added in 2020, the space was designed with guests in mind. Light streams in through large windows in the living room facing the main garden while the bedroom offers a view of the shade garden. The efficiency kitchen has a full sized fridge, induction cooktop and stand alone air fryer/oven. It is stocked with everything you need for a group of four. Other things to note What is the service fee and tax? Airbnb adds its own service fee of 15% on every booking. There is also an occupancy tax, which goes to the City of Boston.
