Country Living in a Small Town

Experience the best of country living in a quaint small town with everything you need for your next getaway. With open fields to the north and east, this home boasts the feel of a homestead with its secluded, fenced-in back yard and covered deck. A short walk or drive delivers you to the town square, with a farmer's market, art fairs, and outdoor movies in the summer months, plus a bakery/coffee shop, gift shop, theatre, Mexican restaurant, and bar. The space NOTE: We are renovating! Soon we'll have a brand new ground floor with two bedrooms, a full bath, and a larger family room / hangout area. This is a ranch style home with a walk-out basement that provides access to the fenced-in backyard (great for letting your pups out!). The living/dining room, kitchen, and full bath with laundry are on the main floor. Two bedrooms, a standing desk with docking station, family room, second full bath, and another laundry area are on the ground floor walk-out level. Guest access Guests have full run of the house during their stay. As this is our second home, we do lock our bedroom/office and hallway closets upstairs because they contain our personal items. This allows us to offer a cheaper rate than if we rented the house as a three-bedroom rental. Other things to note We have a comfortable double-height queen air mattress with bedding in case you’ll have more than two people staying (we allow four guests total). Please note that while dogs are welcome, we cannot host cats due to a severe allergy in our family.
