Beautiful Martha's Vineyard Home

Our open, airy home is situated on a private, wooded 2.5 acre lot in a golf course community. Architect designed with lots of natural pine, glass and cathedral ceilings, the house is large enough to accommodate two families. Beautiful private beach access and only a mile from ferry, shops, restaurants! The space Gorgeous Private Beach access only 1/4 mile walk/drive. Beach has pond for swimming, joined to calm ocean by small channel. About a mile from shops, restaurants and ferry. Each of the 5 bedrooms can be paired with own bathroom, all 5 are full baths. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a full bed and two bedrooms with 2 twins each. There are two large living rooms each with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a kitchenette. Plenty of decks, and a gas grill. There is no heat in half the house (where kitchen, dining room and 3 bedrooms are) but there is heat in the half with large living area and 2 bedrooms /2 baths. There are plenty of extra blankets, space heaters and a wood burning fireplace in the non-heated section! Inquire about ferry tickets - sometimes we have them available!
