Aloha Tower 514 @ Maui Kaanapali Villas 5th Floor!

We look forward to welcoming you to our little hotel room in the Maui Kaanapali Villas located on the famous Kaanapali Beach in Maui! Our unit is in an exceptional Maui location that is close to all the entertainment, shopping and adventures that the beach is known for. The complex sits on a secluded, oceanside location just steps from the legendary Black Rock. The resort features 2 pools, a fitness & activity center and free trolley to Whalers Village and more! The space This is a 344 square foot Hotel room with 1 Bath. Perfect size for couples or business travelers who like to eat out. It does not have a full kitchen. It does have a mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, hot water kettle and ice machine. If you need more space, ask me if the additional 1 bedroom/bath unit is available right next door. That way, this becomes a super large, 1,224 square foot unit (additional charges apply). This is on the 5th Floor and noise from the I-30 freeway will carry into the unit. There is also a unit above us. So, if you do not like to hear freeway noise or know that there are people overhead, then this is not the unit for you. The only floor at MKV that would not have someone above you in the tower is the 6th floor. We have a beautiful corner unit with lots of natural light. It is in the Aston Maui Ka'anapali Villas and you will find that it is priced very reasonably for the location. Guest access There is an additional charge of $35/night resort fee that is collected independently at the front desk when you check in and is an additional charge over what Airbnb fees show. This resort fee gives guests full access to the Maui Ka'anapali Villas pools, gym, parking for one car, wifi, and use of coin/CC operated laundry facilities. Other things to note -VERY IMPORTANT: The resort charges an additional per day fee of $35/per day + Hawaii taxes. This will cover high speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi access, parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles are $10/day + Hawaii taxes), access to the Heated pools, filtered water filler on the 1st floor by the elevators, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lounge in the mornings from 6AM-10AM, fresh pool/beach towels daily at the front desk, use of precor fitness center/gym with 24 hour access, bbq grills and tools to bbq with, hospitality bathrooms with showers for early arrivals and late departures, and a complimentary Ka'anapali Trolley Shuttle to several local restaurants, Whalers Village and Shopping Center and adjoining resorts. - Please remove shoes at the front door before entering, house slippers, socks and/or shoe covers are recommended to bring for your trip. It is recommended to always wear shoes when outside if not on the beach. - No smoking and no open flames. Bar-b-que grills are on the premises for your convenience. - This is a "bacon free" home. Not a religious thing, it is just that guests in the past have not properly disposed of bacon grease so we do not allow it in our rentals anymore. - If you are traveling with small children, please note that cleaning supplies are kept under the sinks and should be placed where your children cannot reach them while you are staying with us. - Please do not use or bring spray sunscreen. It is harmful to the coral reefs and is frowned upon (and many times not allowed) in Hawaii. Only mineral based sunscreens are sold and are to be used in Hawaii. - As always, the number of people allowed in the home is limited by the number of people you booked with.
